Community Health Nursing Lab offers practical exposure to essential public health nursing skills, including home visits, bag technique, health assessment, health education and preventive care and preparing students to conduct community health programs like  industrial program, morbidity clinic, Anganwadi program,school health program, conducting various surveys and participating in all the national health programs.It enables students to apply theoretical knowledge in a community setting. 

Equipment: 

• 75 bags for bag technique-Bag techniques are demonstrated to each batch by the subject co- ordinators 
• Flashcards, flip charts, Flannel boards, puppets, charts, 2 D and 3 D models related to community health nursing the model of Sub Centre , PHC and CHC, trays and equipments for conducting OSCE are available. 
• Family Folders of each family is maintained year and batchwise in the community Lab.
