Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR)
Community-based rehabilitation aims to improve the quality of life and functional independence of individuals with disabilities within their own communities. This includes patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic health conditions. The program emphasizes functional training, home-based exercise programs, assistive device training, and health education to promote self-care, social inclusion, and community participation while ensuring accessible and sustainable rehabilitation services.
