A Survey on Perceptions of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students Engaged in Physical Activities Regarding Warm-Up and Cool-Down Exercises and Their Effects on Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness
Project Description
This survey aims to assess the perceptions of undergraduate and postgraduate students who engage in physical activities regarding the importance of warm-up and cool-down exercises and their effects on delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). The study will evaluate students’ knowledge, beliefs, and practices related to warm-up and cool-down routines, as well as their awareness of DOMS prevention and recovery. Data will be collected using a structured questionnaire. The findings are expected to identify gaps in understanding and help promote proper exercise habits to reduce muscle soreness and enhance performance and recovery among physically active students.
