A Cross-Sectional Study on the Impact of Strengthening Exercises on the Osteoporotic Spine in Postmenopausal Women
Project Description
This cross-sectional study aims to evaluate the impact of strengthening exercises on the osteoporotic spine in postmenopausal women. Osteoporosis significantly increases the risk of spinal weakness, pain, and fractures in this population. The study will assess spinal strength, functional status, and related outcomes in women who practice strengthening exercises compared to those who do not. Data will be collected using appropriate clinical and functional assessment tools. The findings are expected to highlight the role of strengthening exercises in improving spinal health and promoting better physical function and quality of life among postmenopausal women.
