Project Description
This study generated robust, nationally relevant evidence on the prevalence and causes of anemia in India, supporting more effective and targeted public health interventions. The findings informed policy decisions, refined national programs such as Anemia Mukt Bharat, and contributed to improved maternal and child health outcomes while reducing the long-term social and economic burden of anemia
