PROGRESS - Policy and peer mentor intervention proGrams on cardiovascular disease at work Sites in 3 South Asian countries

Project Description

PROGRESS is a research project that aims to evaluate whether a trained peer mentor can educate and follow up colleagues to ensure adherence to evidence based lifestyle modification measures and proven treatments and thus reduce risk factors for heart disease in three South Asian countries (India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka).

The Division of Medical Informatics is working in collaboration with the Division of Clinical Research and Training, who are the primary recepient of the Grant,  to create an online Learning Management System to train the Mentors.
