Project Description
Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality, worldwide as well as in India. Prevalence of risk factors as well as a lack of awareness and education are prominent reasons behind this. Paucity of studies on cardiovascular disease risk factors among plantation workers underscored the need for this study.
