Interested in understanding the role of nuclear receptors specifically the cross-talks of Estrogen, Progesterone, Androgen, Glucocorticoid and Vitamin D receptors in breast cancer. The work involves development of a computational algorithm that predicts fraction of nuclear receptors in the breast tumor samples. This study may help in classifying the patients who will respond better to the treatment based on the fraction or proportions of various nuclear receptor expressions and their downstream signatures.
