I am a bioinformatics consultant specializing in genome informatics and clinical and translational genomics, with a focus on rare and renal diseases. My work centers on integrative multi-omics analysis and the development of data-driven pipelines for WES/WGS and RNA-seq, variant prioritization algorithms, and gene-disease association modeling.
I am particularly interested in applying machine learning and large language model (LLM)-based approaches to enable clinical decision support for precision medicine, including clinical diagnostic reporting and improved variant classification with an emphasis on transparency, reproducibility, and clinical utility. My core goal is to shorten the diagnostic odyssey and enable actionable therapeutic insights in genetically heterogeneous disorders.
