Meghna Achar is a clinical psychologist (RCI-registered), doctoral research scholar, and project coordinator. Her work is situated at the intersection of mental health practice and research, with a focus on mixed-methods and qualitative approaches. Her research interests include youth mental health and gender-based violence, with particular emphasis on how young people in contexts of adversity cope, seek help, and demonstrate resilience. Guided by an intersectional, strengths-based framework, her work centers lived experiences and contributes to the development of contextually grounded and responsive mental health interventions.
