I am a final-year PhD Scholar and Research Staff in the Division of Nutrition, SJRI with a research focus on micronutrients, including vitamin D dose–response effects, calcium supplementation, and iron metabolism in Indian populations. My experience includes randomized controlled trials examining vitamin D dose–response and calcium supplementation, field-based interventions using rice fortified with iron, and double-fortified salt (iron and iodine) studies incorporating stable isotope techniques. I also bring five years of clinical practice experience, providing nutrition counselling and planning therapeutic diets for OPD and inpatient populations across diverse age groups and disease conditions. I am driven by a commitment to translating nutrition research into meaningful, real-world health impact.
