Our focus is on complex and innovative brain and spinal surgeries that are both cost-effective and safe.
We routinely perform a variety of Neurosurgical procedures, including Neuroendoscopy, Pituitary tumor surgery, Neurovascular surgery, functional and Stereotactic surgery, Minimally invasive Brain and Spine surgery, 24/7 Neurotrauma services, Neuro-oncology and skull base surgeries, as well as epilepsy surgeries, including vagal nerve stimulation.
The department is equipped with several 'state-of-the-art instruments'. We have two high-end operating microscopes (Pentero 900 and OH5), Neuronavigation systems (Medtronic S8 Stealth Station with a complete range of accessories, including navigable drills, microscopes, ultrasound, etc.), a Neuroendoscope (Karl Storz–LOTTA), an ultrasonic suction apparatus (Stryker), Pneumatic and electric drills (Midas Rex), C-arm imaging equipment (Phillips), a minimally invasive spine surgery system (Medtronic), and various skull clamps (Mayfield, Sugita, etc.), along with routine microsurgical instruments.
Almost all our elective cranial and spinal surgeries are performed using Microscopes, Neuroendoscopes, Neuronavigation, intra-operative fluorescence, intra-operative neuromonitoring, or C-arm guidance.
