Impalement injuries are caused by elongated objects that penetrate and remain imbedded in the body as a result of accidental falls or collisions, homicidal attacks or sexually perverted acts. We report a challenging case of multiple thoracoabdominal impalement injuries. Early surgical intervention by a multidisciplinary team is required to obtain a favorable outcome.
