Pseudo-atrial flutter/fibrillation in Parkinson's disease
B Prabhavathi , K S Ravindranath, Nagaraja Moorthy, C N Manjunath We report a case of an elderly male with Parkinson's tremor whose electrocardiogram (ECG) simulated atrial flutter/fibrillation. We also highlight the difficulty in correctly identifying a tremor-induced ECG artifacts due to the diverse range of possible electrocardiographic patterns presented by patients with this condition.
