Anatomy

Department of Nuclear Medicine was inaugurated on the august occasion of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of St John`s National Academy of Health Sciences by His Grace Most Reverend Mar Andrews Thazhath - President of CBCI and Mr. Ramalinga Reddy, Honorable Minister of Transport, Govt of Karnataka on 12th August 2023.

Department is equipped with Biograph Horizon PET CT 16 slice CT scanner with flow motion and multiparametric flow motion technology and Intevo 6 SPECT CT with 6 slice CT. The imaging modalities cater for wide range of imaging services. Department is also equipped with two isolation high dose therapy wards and day care for alpha and beta radionuclide therapies.
