Information Desk

Information department functions as Reception Desk at three different areas - Specialty Block, Super Specialty Block and Telephone Counter. They attend around 3000 people a day over the phone, by email and in person. Department performs various tasks such as guiding the patients to the right specialty, giving information about the scope of services, patient coordination and triaging, scheduling outpatient departments, booking appointment for outpatient consultations, coordinating teleconsultation, language translation and operation of the video wall at the OPD entrance.
